Services privacy notice
This Services Privacy Notice (this “Notice”) describes how Previse Labs Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Previse”), handles personal information in the advertising products and services it provides (the “Service”), and the data rights available to United States residents. In this Notice, “you” means anyone who views or interacts with an ad delivered through the Service, and anyone whose information otherwise reaches the Service.
Version 1.0Effective 1 August 2026
Section 1The Service and the information it uses
1.1 The Service. Previse works with advertisers and their agencies, with the streaming services and apps that offer advertising space, and with the advertising and measurement companies between them. Advertisers use the Service to buy that space, to reach the audience they choose, and to see how a campaign performed.
1.2 Information handled. The Service handles device identifiers, such as a mobile or connected television advertising identifier, a cookie identifier, and a hashed email address or phone number; device details, such as device type, operating system, browser, IP address and approximate location; audience groups, which gather devices that appear to share an interest; advertising and content activity, such as the ads shown, the app or channel they ran in, and activity on an advertiser’s site or store; and business contact and account details, if you write to Previse or use its console.
1.3 Information excluded. Previse does not use precise location. Previse does not seek information about health, finances, government identification, or any other sensitive category, and its contracts forbid an advertiser to send it.
1.4 Sources. Previse receives the information above from its clients, from advertising and measurement partners such as streaming platforms and ad servers, from tracking technologies such as a tag or an application programming interface, and from data partners.
1.5 Uses. Previse uses the information to deliver, maintain and improve the Service, including the ability to recognize a device and select an ad that suits it; to build audience groups and to train the models that select ads and allocate an advertiser’s spend; to provide measurement, analytics and reporting; to meet legal and regulatory obligations; and to keep the Service secure and free of fraud. Previse makes no decision about you that carries a legal effect or a similar significant effect, such as credit, employment, housing, insurance or healthcare.
1.6 This website. If you request access or contact Previse through previselabs.com, Previse keeps the information you provide, such as your email address, and uses it to respond to you.
Section 2Disclosure of information
2.1 No sale and no sharing. Previse does not “sell” or “share” personal information, as United States state privacy laws define those terms. Previse does not disclose personal information to another company for anything of value, and does not disclose it to another company so that the other company can select advertising from your activity across sites and apps.
2.2 Targeted advertising. Previse does process personal information for “targeted advertising”, because it selects ads from activity across different sites, apps and streaming services. Section 3 states how to opt out.
2.3 Permitted disclosures. Previse discloses personal information only: (a) to the advertiser whose campaign the information relates to and to the measurement partners that advertiser or Previse uses for that campaign; (b) to service providers who perform services for Previse, such as hosting, security, measurement and support, and who may use the information only to perform those services; (c) to the streaming services and apps that offer advertising space, to the extent needed to buy the space, to limit how often you see the same ad, and to settle accounts; (d) to governmental and regulatory authorities, for legal, tax or accounting purposes, in response to a subpoena or a request for assistance with an investigation, and in the exercise or defense of legal claims; (e) where Previse believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, to enforce its agreements, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Previse, its employees or others; (f) in a merger, dissolution, reorganization or similar corporate event, or a sale of all or substantially all of its assets, or in any related due diligence, in which case the information may be transferred to or controlled by another party; and (g) in aggregate or otherwise anonymized form.
Section 3Your data rights
3.1 Scope. The Service is for the United States market. Previse does not knowingly process information about people outside the United States, and does not offer the Service for audiences outside the United States. Previse provides the rights below to United States residents, to the extent their state privacy law grants them. How and to what extent a right is provided may depend on the state you live in, and on the exceptions and conditions that law allows.
3.2 Access. You may ask what personal information Previse holds about you. Some state laws also let you ask which parties received it. For the purposes of the California Consumer Privacy Act, the personal information collected and the business and commercial purposes for which it is used appear in Sections 1 and 2, and correspond to the following categories under that Act: identifiers, commercial information, internet or other electronic network activity, geolocation, and inferences.
3.3 Correction. You may ask Previse to correct personal information that is wrong. What can be corrected depends on the kind of information and on why Previse holds it.
3.4 Deletion. You may ask Previse to delete what it holds about you. Because Previse identifies people by device, state which device to act on. Previse may have to refuse in part, for example where the law requires it to keep something, where deleting it would harm the rights of another person, or where state privacy law allows an exception. Where Previse holds only pseudonymous information that it cannot reasonably link to you, it may decline a request for access, correction or deletion, but will still honor a request to opt out.
3.5 Opting out. Several states let you stop a company selling your personal information, disclosing it for advertising, or using it to select ads for you. Previse does neither of the first two, so only the third applies here, and you may stop it at any time. You may also limit ad tracking or reset the advertising identifier in the settings of your streaming device, phone or tablet, block cookies in your browser, or use the industry tools at optout.aboutads.info and youradchoices.com/appchoices.
3.6 Making a request. Email [email protected]. State the right you are requesting and the state you live in. Previse holds no name or email address for most people who view an ad, so include your device advertising identifier, which your device settings show. Previse uses what you send only to verify the request, to prevent fraud, and to resolve the request, and may keep a record of it for legal compliance.
3.7 Authorized agents. Under the privacy laws of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island and Texas, you may appoint an agent to make an opt-out request for you. Under California law you may also appoint an agent for access, correction and deletion. Previse may verify your identity and the agent’s authority, for example by asking for a signed written authorization, which the agent must send to the address above before making a request.
3.8 Response, non-discrimination and appeals. Previse answers within forty-five days, unless the law sets another period, and may take a further forty-five days where that is necessary and permitted. For a request that is excessive, repetitive or without foundation, Previse may charge a reasonable fee or decline it. Previse does not treat you worse because you used a right. If Previse declines to act, you may have the right to appeal under the privacy laws of Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia. Reply to the decision and Previse will review it.
Section 4Children, changes, and contact
4.1 Children. The Service is not for children, and Previse does not seek information from anyone under eighteen. Its contracts forbid an advertiser to send information about a person under eighteen, or information from a service aimed at children.
4.2 Changes. Previse revises this Notice when the Service changes, and at other times. A revision applies from the moment it appears at previselabs.com/privacy, and the effective date above states when that was.
4.3 Contact. Send any privacy question to [email protected]. Previse Labs Inc., 205 Detroit Street, Denver, CO 80206.
